ENGR. UKODHIKO, Jonathan A. (MNSE, COREN) Chairman

Mr. Jonathan Ukodhiko is a visionary leader with core engineering competence and business management skills in the oil and gas sector. As the founder and Chairman of Joeny, he brings a mix of valuable skills that have propelled the company towards the part of success. As a coren registerd engineer his technical skill and competence is invaluable.

He holds a B.Eng. in Mechanical/Production Engineering. He has worked with Adadrill Nig. Ltd and International Oilfields Services where he gained significant experience in Wellhead, Valves and Facilities Maintenance, and other engineering core areas in the industry including business development. It is the vision of Mr. Jonathan Ukodikho to build Joeny Holdings into an international brand with core emphasis on the company’s unique approach to quality assurance and service delivery to clients.

UNUAVBOROH Moses Managing Director/CEO

Responsible for Joeny Holding's Technical, Marketing and Service Quality. Mr. Unuavboroh joined Joeny in 2010 and brings with him extensive international oilfield services experience, following 15 years of working for Schlumberger Ltd. Mr. Unuavboroh has managed multiple units in Schlumberger Testing Segment including Drill Stem Testing; Tubing Conveyed Perforation, and Surface Well Testing with Gauges. Also added extensive experience with Sales & Marketing in Nigerian oil and gas market with Schlumberger.

Mr. Unuavboroh graduated from the University of Lagos with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He attended a host of technical and management programs with Schlumberger. Previously, Mr. Unuavboroh held management positions within Business Development at Expro Group as the Area Business Development Manager for Nigeria.

Management Professional; with 25+ years in Upstream Oil & Gas production operation; 19+ years of core, Supply Chain, Procurement and Commercial management experience. Expertise in ERP implementation training, Material management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), Inventory Management (IM), Logistics Coordination, System Administration, Business Process improvement.

IBUNOR, Ivie Executive Director Operations (EDO)

IBUNOR, Ivie is a seasoned professional who has brought on board dynamism and creativity to Business Development at Joeny Holdings. She possesses superior interpersonal, communication and creative skills in business development and strategic marketing.She has displayed an outstanding track record by expanding the business of the Company to greater heights in collaboration with her team. She has an astute knowledge in planning and implementation of marketing strategies and corporate communication.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business Administration and also obtain a certificate in Chartered Marketing. Prior to Joeny she worked with AIICO and E-line Card Management as their business development Officer where she acquired relevant experience. Her extensive experience in sales and Marketing has enable the company to break new grounds by increasing client portfolio. She is responssible for client relationship management (CRM) to make sure that all existing business of the Company are well developed and sustained.

KEHINDE Atobiloye Group Finance Manager

ATOBILOYE O. KEHINDE, ACA, B.SC, HND.

A highly successful Chartered Accountant with 20 years experience in financial reporting, business and financial management. Possess extensive practical knowledge and awareness of development in the accounting industry and provides suitable financial interpretations to the executive stakeholders in the organization.

Prior to Joining Joeny Holdings Limited, he has worked in different sectors like Hospitality, Audit and Investigation and Oil and Gas.

NWANERI Emeka M.Sc. FCA, M.IoD Group Chief Internal Control and Auditor

Emeka Nwaneri is the Group Chief Internal Auditor responsible for financial audit and internal control functions of the business. He has over 25 years of cumulative experience at Management levels across major sectors having worked with: OTS/Baker an inspection multinational company, Multilinks Telecommunication Company, Lafarge-Holcim Plc (Cement manufacturers) and Dangote Cement Plc amongst others.

Emeka is adept at business reorganisation, people management and process improvements resulting to greater efficiency, improved bottom-line and integrity of financial reporting amongst others. He is a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), Member, Chartered Institute of Directors (M.IoD). He holds an M.Sc.in Finance, B.Sc.in Business Management both from the University of Lagos amongst other Trainings in leadership and management that he has attended.

LUCKY Etuonovwe General Manager Drilling/Workover

Mr Lucky Oghenegueke Etuonovwe Holds Higher National diploma in instrumentation and control B.tech.

Before Joining Joeny Holdings Limited as a senior manager drilling and workover he worked with Several other companies. Worked with Western Geophysical Survey as a technician later joined Trindel Nigeria Limited on LNG Phase 1 (Industrial Area 1 and Residential Area 1) project as Instrumentation technician Lead later joined Tecon Oil services Limited and rise to the position of Senior Rig Supervisor and has managed several well Intervention, workover, completion and well abandonment projects both National and International. He has over 30 years of combine experience in oil and gas industry, He is Goal getter.

EDOGUN Kenneth QA/QC & HSE MANAGER

Mr Kenneth Edogun is a safety professional currently responsible for all Corporate Quality Health, Safety and Environment initiatives and enforcement with over 17years experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

He holds Higher National Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration as well as other professional certifications that enables him achieve his objectives seamlessly which include:
